Getting a flawless skin is dream of everyone.That not only makes you look good but way more attractive!For this what actually matters is how healthy you are from within.
Applying costly products won't give you that glow indeed. Healthy diet is must!!
Soo here are some Tips you can use to get that skin with less efforts :
1. GIVE YOUR FACE A STEAM
Steam opens up your pores and unclog the dirt in them. This is the first step to make your skin clean. It will also help you to remove blackheads and other unwanted stuff! Yess it works 100%. 😉
You can add some natural ingredients like orange peel, neem leaves to make it more effective.
2. EXFOLIATE :
The next to do is offcourse exfoliate to your skin to remove dirt from the open Pores. This will also remove dead skin of your skin.
Note that don't be soo rough with your skin because it's super delicate and may get worse! Usually try to use natural exfoliator like-
Baking Soda, Brown sugar, or tomato slice with sugar granules works very well!
3.MOISTURIZE! MOISTURIZE & MOISTURIZE :
After exfoliation, hydrating your skin is essential thing. Exfoliating makes your skin dry and sometimes ichy soo just apply the moisturizer.
If your skin is way to oily for moisturizer Go for Aloe Vera gel. I prefer using natural aloe Vera you can also use from the market.
4.HYDRATING YOUR BODY :
Though the outside pampering is necessary for you skin, Drinking water have no option. Drinking water removes all the toxins from the body and slowly helps us towards the best skin!
If you have problem forgetting to drink water regularly, keep the bottle near you! This will remind you to drink water regularly. Try drinking detox water for better result by using fruits like berries, lemon, oranges!
5.HEALTHY DIET:
Go for green veggies! Yes that sounds hard to implement in daily life but give it a shot a shot and you will love it! Make it with tasty ingredients soo you will love adding it to your daily routine.
I prefer using - spinach, kale. This have terrific amount of antioxidants in them which help support skin around eyes.
Go for
Green Smoothies by adding fruits in them.
Key points -

- Never go to bed without removing your makeup.
