It is very important to have healthy and good quantity of Breakfast in the morning. Most of the time we find it difficult to make good breakfast. As a working person or for the students living away from home it is very hard task to decide a healthy breakfast ideas. The most important food of the day is off course a morning breakfast. I like recipes which are so easy to make yet so delicious. It is important to eat food which is good for your body and includes several vitamins, proteins and other necessary minerals. In this Era of Fast-Food one must focus on diet which is good for healthy and fit body. Having a healthy lifestyle will make your life better for sure. We all have hectic morning routine but it really don’t mean to skip the breakfast!

Oatmeal is a overnight recipe. All we have to do is mix the ingredients in the jar and refrigerate it overnight and have it in morning without any efforts! Isn’t it easy and simple?Though it is important to use good quality of oats for health benefits. I usually prefer Quaker oats which are less processed and also Old fashioned which are super healthy. You can buy them from any local store or order online!

  1. BLUEBERRY OVERNIGHT OATS-

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 spoons of Greek yogurt/ Plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Honey

HOW TO MAKE –

  • Take a cup of rolled oats in a bowl. You can use old fashioned oats too, both works really good
  • Add sliced Blueberries
    • Blueberry is high source of antioxidants
    • They are good source of vitamins and minerals
    • They help to plump the skin as they contain Vitamin A which increase elastin.
  • Add a tbsp of Chia seeds
    • They are rich in nutrients, iron, calcium,fibre with very few Calories

  • Add Almond milk (optional) and Greek Yogurt
