Pamper Routine for lazy days

     We all need that Special treatment for our body once in a while. Pampering your body makes you feel more Confident,  Productive and Relaxed for upcoming day. It not only calms your body but also your mind! Soo you are looking for something exactly your body needs!
   Taking care of your body doesn't mean you have to spend tons of money over the luxurious Spa's. You can Do it Yourself effortlessly at your home. 

 Here are some Easy ways to Pamper your self -

1)  PLAY SOME MUSIC :
     Music is great way to relax your mind. Listening to your favorite songs will definitely make you feel better and happy. You can make your bed or clean your room while listening songs and it will get done very quickly!!
     You can also do some exercises (Sqauts, bridges) to relax your body while listening songs.
    Inshort, it helps you do your hard task    easily. 
Music is kind of therapy!

2)LIGHT UP THAT CANDLES 
     Candles or salt lamps would be perfect   to make your mood. Light up some  candles and they will give you cozy feeling on any winter or rainy day. You can put scented or essential oil candles also.
    They are daily available on online store or you can make DIY at home as follows -
-  Just take any glass holder of any size   and shape you want
- Make it little decorative (if you want)
- Put some melted wax in the holder and a   thread... There you go!! 

3) YOU NEED BEAUTY BATH : 
    How anyone can forget about this in their pamper routine! Just soak in the water as much time you want. And you will see the result immediately🛀. Do Scrubing, shaving, Cleansing to feel and look good. 
       I like to use - Coffee, Sugar, Coconut oil for Scrubing the body and it feels soo sooo good! Give it a try for sure. This will definitely make you feel soo better and relaxed.
 
4) PUT SOME Comfy Clothes :
   Put on the comfy and cozy clothes and jump in your bed. You can read book, Watch any series that makes you happy, Call any friend or whatever! 
   Grab some snacks or any fruit (better option) or a Cup of coffee and relax. Comfortable clothes is just another and easy way to make you feel better.! 

4) IT'S TIME FOR FACE SHEETS :
     Put the face sheet masks on your face and take a nap for 20 minutes. I like this thing about Korean skin care routine which is soo relaxing and soothing! It's just helps to hydrate the skin and make it glowing instantly. 
    If you ran out of Sheet masks you can make your own using kitchen stuffs which gives great results ! Put two slice on cucumber for cooling the eyes. It helps to reduce the dark circles and puffiness. 
 
5) HYDRATE  INSIDE AND OUT : 
    Don't forget to drink a lot of water during the SelfCare process. You can add lemon juice or some fruits and make infused water for better results. 
  Not only inside the body but hydrate it from outside by applying moisturizer and lip balm. (I prefer Aloe Vera gel for skin & & cinnamon powder + honey for lips) And I think it's the best day to moisturize them! 

5)COOK SOMETHING YOU LOVE :
   Make something that you like to eat on your lazy days. Don't cook something compilicated or time consuming! Remember it's your pamper day! 
  If you are not into mood to cook just order something from your favorite restaurant and eat it with some dessert like chocolate or ice cream and watch your favorite TV show ( I like watching FRIENDS on my lazy days) 
  This will make you feel happy with no doubt! 

6) BEAUTY SLEEP :
    Every Princess needs her Beauty Sleep! For better sleep keep your mobile phone aside before bed. Drink the the cup or warm turmeric milk. This will benefit for peaceful and deep sleep and you will feel refreshed for the next day! 
   If you feel problem for getting sleep read any book before bed and you will feel sleepy after some time for sure. Sleep is extremely important for your body as well as skin. 
 Good sleeping habits keeps dark circles at the bay
