      Beautiful, shinny and smooth hairs      always make a great difference in our     look. Most of us don't understand the     problem for our hairfall or weak, rough   hairs. But the answer is always one - Lack   of Nutritions.
          Thicker hairs are always the best crown for you! But no worries, With some care and love you can get that shinny smooth thick hair in few months!
 
Following are some daily habits to include in your routine :

BALANCED DIET PLAN - 
    There is No Substitute for proper diet. Having a nutritional diet will change your body in unexpected way. So trying going for healthy food which includes lots of Vitamins and nutrients!

Food to eat for healthy hair -

FISH :
  Fatty fish like salmon have nutrients which promotes hair growth. They have rich source of Omega - 3 which is excellent for your hairs. Including Fish in your diet will make your hair strong and shinny too! 
   You can also apply fish oil on your hairs once in a week if you don't eat fish. 

AMLA (Gooseberry) :
       Amla is best proven solution to stop  hairfall. It is considered as super food for healthy hair. Amla is the natural conditioner for your hairs. It prevents greying of hairs and reverses grey hairs! 
       You can include Amla in your diet in  many ways. Eating few pieces of Amla will boost your immunity. You can have it through juices, by making candy. 
        You can boil pieces of Amla in any   hairoil and apply it on your scalp for soft hairs. 

GREEN VEGGIES :
    Include lot of green veggies like Spinach, Lettuces, Broccolli in your diet. They  contains high amount of Vitamin A and C which promotes hair growth. Vitamin A helps to produce sebum which moisturizes scalp and makes hair shinny!
   Drink one glass of green smoothie  twice a week and you will see the difference very soon. 

DRY FRUITS:
     Dry fruits are the Power house for many nutrients and vitamins. Eating dry fruits everyday will make your hairs healthy. Dry fruits like Almonds, Cashews, Dry figs, Walnuts are rich source of Iron, Vitamin E , Zinc which may promotes hair growth. 
     Try eating 5-6 soaked Almonds, few cashews, walnuts and figs instead of snack every day. 


Hair Masks that will surely works :

1. Banana Yogurt hairmask - 
      This masks is one of the best combination for your hairs. Applying it once a week will make your hair surprisingly beautiful! 

How to make - 
 -  Take one mashed banana 
 -   Add 2 tbsp of Yogurt to that 
 -  Add 1/2 tbsp of Honey 
 -  Add 2 tbsp of Coconut oil or any hairoil
 
  Combine this ingredients and apply on your hair for atleast 20 minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water. 

2. Amla hair mask - 
   Amla is the best for your hair. This will strengthen your hair and make them smooth. Apply this hair mask twice in a month. 

How to make - 
Take sufficient Amount of Amla powder      in a bowl ( you can get in any local     store) 
-  Add Coconut, Castor and Olive oil in it. 
     
   Apply this thick hair mask on your hairs and wash them after half an hour. This will make your hairs silky for sure!! 

3. Aloe Vera Hair mask - 
     Applying natural aloe Vera gel will help you get rid off frizzy hair. This will reduce split ends too! 

How to make - 
 -  Take fresh aloe Vera leaf and remove         the gel from it (Wash it and remove that     yellow liquid)
-  Blend the pulp and make a paste of it. 
Add Coconut oil or any oil to that 
Wash it after 30 minutes or  keep it     overnight. 
    
   If you don't have fresh Alow Vera you can buy it which is natural from the market. 

Useful Tips for HairCare - 
  
-   Massage your hair regularly with combination of various oil night before you wash them. (heat the oil for best result) 

-   Always tie your hair while sleeping. 

-   Avoid using heating tools on your hair. 

-   Wash your hair only twice a week. 

-   Trim your hair regularly if you have split       ends.
